Covid-19 Update:  We managed a successful summer season in 2020 by adhering to strict Covid-19 protocols, and with the help of many wonderful volunteers.  We are planning to run the market in 2021 with all of the same precautions and procedures in place.

We hope that our navigation of this new landscape will continue to work for our vendors and shoppers, and that we will see everyone out this season!

We are so excited that you are interested in joining us at the Wilmot Summer Market in 2021.  We have limited space for vendors so please try to register early.  We will be welcoming all types of local vendors this year but reserve the right to limit vendors selling similar products.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor please complete the registration form (link at the bottom of this page).  For 2021 we have reduced our regular vendors fees and are only charging a one-time admin. fee of $35 to vendors.  The price is the same whether you attend for one night or all fourteen.

FOOD VENDORS ONLY are also required to complete the Waterloo Region Public Health Farmers' Market Application form.  Link to WATERLOO REGION PUBLIC HEALTH APPLICATION.  Please provide a copy of the form to us via email when you submit a registration form.

Food vendors that wish to sell food that is consumed on site (such as a food truck) also have to have a permit from the Township.  Link to WILMOT TOWNSHIP REFRESHMENT CART AND VEHICLE APPLICATION.  This form must be sent directly to the Township.

***Attention Students*** Anyone under the age of 18 can pay a special rate of $1.00/night to become a vendor. The only catch is that they have to be selling something that they made themselves.  No helping, parents!!!
